ATTORNEY
Carol D’Agostino functions as Of-Counsel to the firm and primarily handles family-based immigration. She specializes in marriage-based green card petitions, immigrant visa petitions for family members, waivers of inadmissibility, consular matters, naturalization and citizenship cases. Carol gained experience representing numerous clients at an immigration law firm handling employment and family based cases. She likewise volunteered at the International Institute of Metropolitan Detroit, a non-profit organization helping under-represented families with achieving their immigration goals. Carol strongly relates with the plight of immigrants having personally experienced complex immigration and naturalization procedures. Her own experience with the US immigration process inspires her to passionately advocate for her clients. Her passion grew when her own father was denied a visa three times to attend her wedding. After exploring every option, her father made it on the fourth try and was finally able to walk her down the aisle. It is with the same drive that she explores all possible options for her clients.
When not reviewing cases and reading about the most recent immigration news, Carol enjoys exploring playgrounds and parks with her son and getting together with family and friends.
