ATTORNEY
Wanda focuses her practice on employment-based immigration, specifically green cards (permanent residency visas). Wanda worked for Michigan State University Extension before retiring to attend law school. During her time at W.M.U. Cooley Law School, Wanda served as a student attorney with the Family Law Assistance Project and the Pro Bono Bankruptcy Program. As a licensed attorney, Wanda worked at Lakeshore Legal Aid representing low-income individuals, seniors, and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault with legal issues related to family law, landlord/tenant matters, public benefits, unemployment, social security, and consumer issues. With a passion for diversity and a focus on improving communities, practicing immigration law is a natural fit for Wanda. In her free time, Wanda enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, reading, and playing with her two rescue dogs.
